Abortion access post-Dobbs: The role of adolescent health and medicine providers

On June 24, 2022, the constitutional right to abortion was overturned as a result of the United States Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization.

The panelists will share the experiences and needs of adolescents seeking abortion or post-abortion care before and after Dobbs. They will provide an overview on the crucial role of adolescent health and medicine providers in a variety of contexts, from states proactively improving abortion access and protections to states with abortion criminalization and bounty hunter laws.
