 NOTE: You may receive phone calls or emails or see websites from unaffiliated organizations and individuals who claim to be acting on behalf of SAHM. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider is not approved by the SAHM. Should you book your reservation outside of the SAHM room block, SAHM will not be able to assist you with any issues you may encounter, you solely assume the risks, including additional fees, harsh cancellation policy, lower quality rooms, and in some cases no reservation. To support our efforts to provide you with a quality event, we ask that you book your housing accommodation using only the reservation information for the contracted hotels listed above.
