Membership Types and Fees

Membership is open to health professionals and those in training throughout the world who are involved in service, teaching or research concerned with the health and well-being of all adolescents and young adults. In order to become a member of the society, complete the online membership application. An online subscription to the Journal of Adolescent Health is included with membership dues. As an environmentally friendly publication, print copies are available for an additional charge, for up to the first 500 members.

Introductory Doctoral Level (U.S. only)
SAHM offers a 10% discounted rate for the first year of membership for those new to SAHM or who have not been a member of SAHM in the last two years. 
Applies to individuals with a doctoral degree who reside within the United States.

Applies to individuals who are currently enrolled in a fellowship program or in a post-advanced degree program, no matter where in the world they reside. Those who reside in countries categorized as Zones 2, 3 and 4 by the World Bank are eligible to select the less expensive option.
