SAHM "Stars" Recognition Program

The  “Stars” Recognition Donation Program allows you to honor individuals, organizations and/or programs that have contributed in some way to making the world a better place for young people and recognize those who have inspired you and your work. The named honorees will be recognized on a cumulative list of “SAHM Stars” on our website, featured in SAHM Matters and displayed at each annual meeting. Together this list and the “Stars” attached to them make up “SAHM’s Constellation of Honor.”

How to Establish a “Star”

A “Star” can be purchased through a donation of $100 to the SAHM General Fund to recognize an individual, organization and/or program that has contributed in some way to making the world a better place for young people.

How to donate in support of an already established “Star”

Donations of any denomination can also be made in support of  an existing star. The more contributions a star receives, the higher that star moves within the SAHM Constellation of Honor.

SAHM “Stars” Recognition Program Donation Allocation

Donations received via the “Stars” program will be used at the discretion of the Executive Committee to fund projects focused on young trainees, as well as specific advocacy activities/projects. Efforts supported by these funds will be featured on the SAHM website, in SAHM Matters and communicated at the annual SAHM meeting.
