Philip Waitzman, Executive Director
Phil works with the Board of Directors and is responsible for managing new initiatives, as well as long-term financial and strategic planning.

Sheila Lee, Associate Director of Operations
Sheila is responsible for managing new initiatives. She oversees the operations of the headquarters and professional staff and ensures that the organization maintains sound financial principles and makes progress in achieving its goals.

Jennifer Lanphere, Administrative Director
Jennifer is the primary contact for questions about marketplace orders and general questions about the SAHM Annual Meeting. She works with various committees including the Program Committee and Awards.

Nakeshia Betsill, Membership Manager
Nakeshia is the primary contact for questions about new and renewing memberships, membership benefits, payments, and various committees.   

Shannon Henson, Meeting Manager
Shannon works with SAHM leaders to plan, manage and promote meetings. She is responsible for all meeting logistics, including management of vendors and contractors.

Patricia Sullivan, Communications Director
Patricia is responsible for communications strategy, SAHM’s print and electronic communications, and website initiatives. She also oversees marketing for the annual meeting and other SAHM initiatives.
