This year, the SAHM Annual Meeting will be held exclusively in person, with no virtual or hybrid option, a strategic decision to deliver the most impactful experience possible. We understand that global events and travel constraints may make attendance challenging for some, and we deeply appreciate the continued dedication of our global community. In-person participation allows us to maximize engagement, foster meaningful networking, and ensure the highest quality programming while stewarding resources responsibly. Daily Registration Categories & Rates
Attendees can purchase as many days as they plan to attend by selecting the desired quantity during registration. For those interested in purchasing individual days, the rates per day are listed below. Daily registration rates are the same for both Members and Non-Members.
Student/ Trainee Daily Registration
Student/Trainee registration is for individuals who are currently enrolled in a residency program, or pursuing a graduate or baccalaureate degree. Please note that attendance at the SAHM Meeting is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older.

*Advance ticket purchase is required for all networking dinners through the SAHM online registration. Tickets are not available for purchase onsite.
Cancellation/ Refund Policy: Notification of cancellation must be submitted to SAHM Member Services at info@adolescenthealth.org by February 17, 2026 and are eligible for a full refund. Requests made after February 17, 2026 are eligible for a partial refund.
Online registration ended on February 17. Onsite registration will be available starting on March 3, 2026.
