The 2025 Annual Meeting Registration Information
This year, our Annual Meeting will not have a virtual or hybrid component. We’ve seen the unique value that in-person gatherings bring to our network—enhancing mental well-being, fostering stronger connections, and expanding our community’s social capital—and with limited engagement in previous virtual components, we’re focusing on making this in-person event exceptional for all attendees. We look forward to seeing you in Baltimore!
Online registration is now closed. Onsite/ walk-In registration is welcomed and will be available starting March 3, 2025 when the SAHM 2025 Annual Meeting Registration Desk opens. The Registration Desk will be open with the following schedule:
Monday, March 3: 3:00pm – 5:30pm
Tuesday, March 4: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, March 5: 7:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday, March 6: 7:00am-4:00pm
Friday, March 7: 7:00am-10:00am
Cancellation/ Refund Policy: Notification of cancellation must be submitted to SAHM Member Services at info@adolescenthealth.org by February 25, 2025 and are eligible for a full refund. Requests made after February 25, 2025 are eligible for a partial refund.
