Ignite the Conversation at the SAHM 2024 Annual Meeting with Your Insights

Seize this chance to influence the field and inspire your peers. We’re seeking groundbreaking presentations for our Hot Topics sessions.

Hot Topics sessions are one of the most popular components of SAHM annual meetings. This year, we will host three dynamic sessions, each featuring three 15-minute presentations followed by a 5-minute Q&A, focusing on the most pressing and innovative topics in adolescent health.

Assessment and Evaluation Criteria

All Hot Topic submissions will be peer-reviewed by the SAHM Program Committee, focusing on the following criteria:

• Hotness & Innovation: Presentations should highlight recent developments or topics especially relevant since the last SAHM meeting, offering a unique and fresh perspective.
• Significance: Chosen topics must be critically important to Adolescent and Young Adult Health and Medicine.
• Clarity and Objectives: Proposals should clearly articulate the content and intended learning outcomes.
• Inclusivity: Proposals should align with SAHM’s commitment to embracing diversity across various populations and nationalities.
• Non-Research Abstracts: The call is for contributions other than research abstracts, encouraging a broader range of insights and discussions.
