SAHM 2026 Annual Meeting: Virtual SIG Meetings Request
Request Deadline: October 7, 2025
This year, we’re excited to offer Special Interest Groups (SIGs) the opportunity to host impactful virtual meetings for all SAHM Members and attendees – regardless of whether they are attending this year’s Annual Meeting. This is your chance to dive into key issues, enable the exchange of ideas, and foster collaboration on clinical or research projects.
The Program Committee invites SIGs to host a virtual meeting leading up to the SAHM Annual Meeting or shortly after. For SIGs that are unable to meet virtually, a limited number of opportunities are available to meet at the SAHM Annual Meeting. Please note that meeting opportunities are limited due to space constraints at the venue. The call for these requests will open August 6, 2025.
SIGs may choose one of the following meeting formats:
Virtual (Pre-Meeting):
Host a virtual meeting between February 16–27, 2026Virtual (Post-Meeting):
Host a virtual meeting between March 9–13, 2026In-Person:
Host a meeting during the SAHM Annual Meeting (March 3–6, 2026)
Please Note: Each SIG may host one meeting—either virtual or in-person, not both
