At SAHM, we’re more than just a professional association—we’re a dynamic community of dedicated health professionals united by a shared mission: advancing the health and well-being of adolescents and young adults. Our diverse members come from a wide range of fields, including medicine, nursing, psychology, public health, social work, nutrition, education, and law.

Whether making strides in academic research, shaping future health practices in clinical settings, or influencing policy in government agencies, our members are at the forefront of adolescent health. Members reside in all regions of the United States (SAHM has 16 regional chapters) and more than 30 countries worldwide, offering a wealth of opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.

SAHM Membership runs on a calendar year from January 1 – December 31 annually.
